12th Jiu Ding Scholarship Award Gala
The Montréal Jiu Ding Club is a charitable organization registered under the federal government of Canada. Jiu Ding Club was founded by a group of entrepreneurs and professionals of Chinese origin living and working in the Greater Montréal area.
The sole objective of the Jiu Ding Club is to present and manage the Jiu Ding Scholarship. Scholarship recipients, selected by an independent nomination committee, contribute actively to the Canadian society through excellent academic and social achievements. Six outstanding Chinese undergraduate students will each be awarded a scholarship of $6,000. In addition, from this year on, three “Red Thread Award” will be introduced to recognize adopted Chinese youth living in Quebec that have achieved excellent results in their personal and professional involvements.
